SME Manager (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to SME loan Officer to accomplish the target
  • Analyse the environmental situation in the branch credit(SME) operation area, including competition, client needs, and satisfaction.
  • Perform home’s client visit to collect data, verify document and ensure the completion of application.
  • Train and support SME loan officer on loan assessment, collateral valuation, loan approval process and target client determination.
  • Conduct post check, trigger event and annual review which are required by SME credit policy.
  • Follow up SME lending process and ensure policy, procedure and guideline are complying.
  • Assist commercial relationship manager on preparing and analysing the credit report at branch which pick up the key issues to commercial relationship manager for action taken.
  • Involve in branch risk register process in credit risk.
  • On behalf commercial relationship manager to provide training/ refreshment to branch credit staffs on all credit policy including, loan assessment and evaluation, pre-check and post check and property valuation.
  • Contribute in customer referral or cross selling of other products if there is a need
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in MFI credit operations especially SME lending
  • Experience working at MFI as a Chief CO and/or credit supervisor level
  • Good leadership capabilities
  • Ability to communication in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • High motivation and creativity
  • Good conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and good interpersonal skills

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Implementing of all the program in talent management policy and ensure all program are running well
  • Facilitating training programs to align with competency based as well as career development plan;
  • Research and identify service providers that can support AMK in the delivery of learning and training on various subjects and ensure that the content meets objectives;
  • Build good network with training provider, evaluation the training quality and select the best vender for customize training program;
  • Assist on capacity development program to talents pool;
  • Follow-up on progress and attendance of all learning and development activities, report on progress and identify issues or risks and recommend solutions; Maintain all related documents such as Training Agreement with staff/vender;
  • Ensure the integration of competency based training needed into development plan;
  • Follow up the implementation and monitor the training needed of staff;
  • Preparing training report;
  • Facilitate on arrangement for training to talents pool;
  • Coordinating and facilitating staff event and workshop;
  • Any other assign tasks by line manager

  • Conduct research in the latest system security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Conduct in-depth program analysis techniques and tools to automatically find bugs in systems and software
  • Be able to threat hunting and investigating with sophisticated threat and vulnerability
  • Collaborate with Threat Intelligence teams to trend/pattern identification proficiency and scope of monitoring.
  • Assist to review and monitor the event, log and monitor the SIEM tools, malware detection and response with automated tools.
  • Ensure prompt troubleshooting and resolution of issues
  • Analyze logs from different systems, servers and applications
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least Bachelor degree or equivalent on Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Certified in IT Risk and control management or CEH is preferred
  • Experienced in Microfinance or Banking sector is preferred
  • Experienced in infrastructure security includes but limited to server, network, App, and
  • Database level
  • Experienced in monitoring system: SIEM, Firewall (IPDS), malware detection and response (EDR), Syslog server, Network Access Control (NAC)

  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge on credit and loan policies and methodologies
  • Willing to drive and work at the field
  • Good computer skills
  • Working knowledge of English
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision
