Announcement Positions

Senior MIS Officer-T24 TAFJ (Core banking) (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand Core Banking system configuration and functionality.
  • Assist in assessment of the training needs; coordinate, direct and participate and acts as the leader. resource person in any MIS training.
  • Develop/modify/Configure T24 applications such as Product Lending, Deposit, Account, Version, Enquiry, and Routine based on requirement.
  • In coordination with SD unit, MIS team, System Administrator team and Software Development team to prepare and update all manuals for the computerized management information system (MIS).
  • Ensures that the MIS computerized system produces reports on time and supplies the reports to appropriate management personnel.
  • Determines report requirements of Management, National Bank of Cambodia, and donor agencies and ensures the accurate and timely submission of them in coordination with the finance and field officers.
  • Represent branch users for all functional and administrative MIS issues.
  • Installs T24 software upon instructions from the IT department.
  • Support and handle any other tasks assigned by the DHITD/HITD or CIO.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • T24 Core banking system TAFJ experience.
  • Design new function with Studio T24 developer as required.
  • Develop new API for T24 as required.
  • Understand T24 flow development such service TSA.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years MFIs/banking or relation fields.
  • Database skill: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MYSQL etc….
  • Code experienced: SQL/Oracle, Microsoft Access.
  • Have strong leadership, motivating, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work at weekend sometimes (is advantage).
 
 

MIS Officer-T24 TAFJ (Core banking) (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand Core Banking system configuration and functionality.
  • Assist in assessment of the training needs, end-user coordinate, direct and participate in the training the use of MIS software.
  • Develop/modify/Configure T24 applications such as Product Lending, Deposit, Account, Version, Enquiry, and Routine based on requirement.
  • Test new software release (participating in quality control team).
  • Ensures that the MIS computerized system produces reports on time and supplies the reports to appropriate management personnel.
  • Determines reports requirement for National Bank of Cambodia, funders, Managements with accuracy and timely submission.
  • Installs T24 software upon instructions from manager or another request.
  • Support and handle any other tasks assigned by the MIS Unit Manager or ITD management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • T24 Core TAFJ banking system experience.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 years MFIs/banking or relation fields.
  • Database skill: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc…
  • Code experienced: SQL/Oracle.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

VM and Infrastructure Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide expert Operational Management support for virtual infrastructure and automation tools: VMware vSphere 7.x (VSAN and NSX-T), VMware SRM, VMWare vRealize Orchestration and Automation, Ansible Tower, and Azure DevOps, Oracle WebSphere, etc.
  • Configure & managing real-time/continuous health monitoring on supported technologies.
  • Resolve incidents and problems related to supported technologies and integrations within SLA specifications.
  • Execute configuration management changes on supported technologies, as necessary.
  • Execute standardized request fulfillment within SLA specifications while identifying opportunities to promote task automation by recommending design and implementing features.
  • Ensure proper testing and maintain documentation or release notes.
  • Perform technology upgrades & maintain to ensure compliance with vendor-provided compatibility matrices, and to maintaining required cybersecurity controls.
  • Perform capacity management on IT infrastructure and respond to audit requests.
  • Perform supported technology functional testing and health checks during change, incident management and other activities as required.
  • Assist in ISO 27001:2013 compliance requirements and related audits
  • Assist for hardware & software related matters for reporting to local vendors or Group IT support if required.
  • Follow up any hardware & software licenses related to infrastructure/tools.
  • Assist the IT team on improving security related audit findings (if any) and coordinate closely work with auditors (Internal, External, and International).
  • Ensuring all IT Infrastructure, Hardware & Software is ready for daily operations of Head Office and Branch Network.
  • Manage Multi Cloud Infrastructure including Web Access Firewalls, Proxy, SSL etc.
  • Assist on Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing as per regulator and Group Security policies and procedures.
  • You are also responsible for managing, mentoring and upgrading the skills of the System Administration team members who will be reporting to you.
  • Any other duties within your competencies or skills entrusted by the management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related subject
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with VMware vSphere 7.x (VSAN and NSX-T), VMware SRM, VMWare vRealize Orchestration and Automation, Ansible Tower, Azure DevOps, Oracle WebSphere.
  • Hands-on experience with systems in Windows and Linux/Unix
  • Reasonable understanding in scripting languages such as Powershell, Cloudshell
  • Work experience in creating automation scripts, and developing orchestration and automation processes and products will be added advantages
  • Understanding of Email Security Technologies and implementation. (Ex: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Hygiene)
  • Experience in managing storage systems such as NAS, SAN, Hyper Converged, Cloud Object Storage etc.
  • Hands-on experience with the NBC systems or Financial Sector Infrastructure will be an added advantage
  • knowledge on Cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, Oracle or Azure will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
  • VMWare Certified Professional is preferable
  • One or more cloud technologies certification and/or Linux/Unix certification is preferable
  • Strong communication skill (Reading, Writing & Speaking on English is preferable).
  • Willingness to travel to province or overseas when required.
 
 

Network and Security Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Configure and install various network devices & services (e.g., routers, switches, access points, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes & security configurations.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning & maintenance of proper inventory of equipment and software related to network infrastructure including proper architecture diagrams.
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Assist in ISO 27001:2013 compliance requirements and related audits.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
  • Preferably Proven hands-on Network Infrastructure & Security experience minimum 2-3 years (Cloud & Financial sector experience will be an extra advantages)
  • Minimum CCNA or higher (CCNA Security, CCNP and/or CCIE is added advantage)
  • Other vendor certifications will be added advantage (Example: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Watchguard, Juniper, Huawei, AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
  • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Reasonable understand of Operating Systems specifically on Unix / Linux.
  • Experience on Infrastructure diagrams and Management reporting
  • Strong communication skill (Reading, Writing & Speaking on English is preferable).
  • Experience with general IT projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
  • Willingness to travel to province or overseas when required.
 
 

System Administration Intern (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Help to write and develop system administration procedures.
  • Support to run daily/ periodical processing (morning, evening, month-end, year-end, etc…).
  • Assist to assign user passwords and privilege and maintain data integrity;
  • Hardware, System Software, LAN/WAN Administrator.
  • Do other tasks assigned the manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Year-3 student up in IT/computer science.
  • Knowledge in PC/Networking expert: HW, SW, OS, LAN/WAN;
  • Autonomous and proactive, quick learner, and effective communication.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • English basic, can speak and written in communication.
