Royal Phnom Penh Hospital (RPH) is a tertiary care hospital managed and operated by Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Co.,Ltd (BDMS).

Amongst a range of services, our hospital provides rapid and effective patient evacuation for further treatment in Bangkok. We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Announcement Positions

Insurance/Admission Officer (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To provide cashless service to patients who cover by medical insurance
  • Provide service through patients who need to hospitalization
  • Inform estimate cost of admission and procedure to patients who need hospitalization
  • Keep patients informs about the process of insurance
  • Verify guarantee letter to identify covered and uncovered item.
  • Receiving inquiries and obtain information for cashless service from customers, vistor
  • and other interested parties.
  • To provide information regarding to activities conducted at establishment
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree Business or any related fields
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience 1 year in Insurance setting is prioritize
  • Experience in previous hospital registration, billing and collections, financial counseling,
  • and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet
  • Can work Day/Night shift, Weekend and Public Holiday
  • Responsible, hardworking with pleasant personality and can work under pressure.
 
 

Registration Officers (1 Position)

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree Hospitality or any related fields
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience at least 1 year in clinical setting is prioritize
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet
  • Can work Day/Night shift, Weekend and Public Holiday
  • Responsible, hardworking with pleasant personality and can work under pressure.
 
 

Customer Service Representative

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
  • times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Fixed Asset Accountant (1 Position)

Position Summary

he fixed asset accountant position is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
  • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
  • Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
  • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.

  • University Student major in Accounting, Finance or any related fields
  • Good English communication skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet

Cashier (1 Position)

Position Summary

Responsible for counting the contents of the cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals. 

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
  • Scan goods and collect payments
  • Ensure pricing is correct
  • Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
  • Keep reports of transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Account and Finance or any related fields
  • At least 1 year experienced with Cashier
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
  • Customer service or cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Able to work Day and Night Shift and schedule roster
  • Able to work under pressure
