Duties
  • Support various modules of the Temenos Banking SoftwareT24 system
  • Knowledge on Single routine, Muti-thread routine, Version, Enquiry, web-service
  • Research and test T24 system on new functionality
  • Support junior team to analyst and prepare T24 solution
  • Follow up team if the issues have been passed and resolved properly
  • Manage on support T24 ticket record and update properly
  • Work closely with related departments to finding possible solution
  • Work closely with vendor to follow up the pending case for solution
  • Coordinate and apply the testing solution or testing correction
  • Support user and fix issues for user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Work with vendor and consultant to improve and fix core banking issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Core Banking System or related fields
  • Knowledge of microfinance institution
  • Be able to work independently with less supervision
  • Understanding on MFI core banking software (T24)
  • Experience in T24 core banking system (development, operation support, customization)

Report to : Network Manager

Location : Head Office

Duties
  • Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of AMK’s Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Site, and remote offices to ensure network connectivity and system availability.
  • Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure platforms, including but not limit to switching, routing and firewall, Internet backbone connection, DPLC and VPN and all other software based systems
  • Develop standard documentation and roll out for communication system
  • Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, department, users, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other network matters.
  • Collaborate on, or lead network related projects through to successful implementation and hand over to operational support
  • Manage internal and outsource maintenance team and ensure that equipment reside in Data Center, DR site, and all AMK’s offices are operating smoothly.
  • Define possible risks within network Infrastructure environment, recommend and coordinate with IT Security and Risk department to apply preventative plan.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Related field or higher
  • At least 2 years’ experience in networking in Bank/MFI or ISP is preferred.
  • CCNA certified is preferable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network structures for LAN, WAN, VPN and Firewall SecurityAppliance such as Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and Load balancing.
  • Experience with switching, routing protocol including high availability (HA)
  • Experience with Microsoft Server Platform Good knowledge of system monitoring such as Solarwind, Cacti, Nagios, and Syslog server is desirable.

Duties
  • Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of AMK’s Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Site, and remote offices infrastructure and services, including server, storage, system backup and restoration, electrical supply (UPS, Generator), cooling and fire suppressant systems and ensuring availability of infrastructure services
  • Design, implementation, support cloud infrastructure AWS, Azure is preferred,
  • Develop standard documentation and roll out for communication server system, SAN/NAS storage ,software and other server related systems
  • Responsible on server infrastructure of critical system such as infrastructure operational server, switching system, core banking system, storage system, web server application
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for the assigned technology and infrastructure systems under responsible area

Duties
  • Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders to integrate systems and other data together.
  • Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users.
  • Perform and test system backups and restores to ensure system recovery from error or outage.

Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience working with container based technology such Docker is a plus.
  • Experience handling middleware system or ESB is a plus.
