Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program. CJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill various positions as in the following.

Announcement Positions

Japanese Language Deputy Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor annual strategies plan, budgetary plan, and reports making
  • Lead and Support team member
  • Enhance Japanese language course
  • Coordinate translation services
  • Support the activities of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
  • Support the educational events
  • Assist in Japanese course administration
  • Assist manager to achieve department and CJCC goals
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in university or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
  • At least three-years working experiences in related field
  • Good command in using English language and interpersonal skills, Japanese language is a plus
  • Good in communication
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, creativity, teamwork, and problem solving
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Ability to work well within a small team and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Entrepreneurship Training Coordinator

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the implementation of entrepreneurship training course
  • Conduct the analysis of the training evaluation results
  • Coordinate the alumni activities and entrepreneurship forum
  • Propose the updated entrepreneurship course curriculum to fit the current market needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations related to entrepreneurship development
  • Recruit participants to join entrepreneurship course
  • Prepare the training schedule, course syllabus, materials, etc. for class setting
  • Support the Fund Intermediary project
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in university or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
  • At least two-year working experiences in business skills training, business incubation hubs, business development services (Experience working in one or more of the above-mentioned areas as an asset)
  • Good command in using English and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, and creativity

Business Development Coordinator

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Develop new business and marketing plans in coordination with CJCC directions to achieve revenue goals.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
  • Be responsible for introducing E-learning platform of CJCC
  • Maintain the relationships with Japanese companies, local companies and/or other organization/associations related to recruitment service and business development
  • Assist the customized courses
  • Support the implementation of entrepreneurship programs
  • Supervise Fund Intermediary project

Business Development Staff

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for recruitment services such as Job Fair and Job Information Club
  • Be responsible for the E-learning platform
  • Assist the coordinator to identify specific training needs and support required for components of entrepreneurship programs and fund intermediary
  • Assist the coordinator to identify needs for start-up packages and non-financial business development services for entrepreneurs and lead the design and implementation of these components
  • Support implementation of entrepreneurship programs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations related to entrepreneurship development
  • Identify gaps and lead the delivery of support programs and services related to new business development
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in university or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable to perform the tasks proficiently
  • At least one-year working experience in event planning, business skills training, business development services (Experience working in one or more of the above-mentioned areas as an asset) 
  • Good command in using English and interpersonal skills 
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and E-learning
  • Good motivation, good attitude, and high sense of responsibility 
  • Good degree of initiative, flexibility and creativity
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Renting Service Staff

  • Perform seminar rooms and facilities booking reservation
  • Deal with various customers related to renting service
  • Develop and improve renting tools and other supporting services
  • Implement tasks required by Facilities and Service Department
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least one-or two-year working experiences in the field of room booking/customer service is an advantage
  • Good command in using English
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, good at problem solving and be able to work in a team
  • Excellence in communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, high responsibility, and commitment
