Senior Officer, Public Relation (1 Position)
Department/ Branch: Marcom
- Lead the development of the bank annual media strategy, including public relations, CSR, media campaign and crisis communications management
- Build a good relationship with media for potential coverage about the bank
- Develop media content including writing article, press release, video script and other communications materials meant for communicating to the public about the bank’s vision and mission
- Assist in the bank’s event including being an MC, preparing press kit, media invitation, registration, and briefing
- Be a representative for the bank and be able to provide presentation to the public or interview to media when needed
- Develop a clear structure of bank’s spokesperson, ensuring a proper brief prior to media interview

Senior Officer, Document Management (1 Position)
Department/ Branch: Credit Admin
- Ensure all collaterals are fully kept in security vault
- Manage in/out collateral in temporary safe while waiting for sealing
- Follow up and complete sealing daily of in/out collateral
- Ensure the perfection of security document prior seal to security vault
- Manage in/out collateral in vault following approval
- Coordinate/guide/coach and support branch staff to prepare envelop for safe keeping security document
- Monitor and ensure the compliancy of security document safe keeping both Branch and HQ following by Bank internal guideline
- Liaise with relevant local authorities/panel lawyer to perfect the loan documents and assist branch to process its properly
- Prepare documents for loan settlement and meet customer to deliver the original title deed
- Work closely with BLA regarding credit file management, legal document management
- Timely support to solve any issue/error on vault security management
- Do site inspection to ensure all security document are properly sealed and kept in safety place

- Bachelor degree in the field of banking and finance, accounting, economic, law or other equivalent.
- At least 3-year experience in Microfinance/Bank, experience in vault management is preferable.

- Issue loan legal documents and relevant letter of Personal Loan, Car loan and Housing loan for retail loan both of customers & staff loan with accuracy and timely
- Coordinate/guide and support branch staff to prepare security documents
- Check and follow up post-disbursement condition with branch base on Credit memo approval

- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

- Work closely with the line supervisor to develop and update audit programs, working paper, and audit procedures in IT audit scopes and implement after approval.
- Examine IT internal controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies.
- Manage the timeframe for each audit mission as agreed to achieve the plan.
- The audit executions have followed the IT policy, procedure, and standard in order to ensure all kinds of IT risks are covered, managed, and complied with.
- Perform regular audit testing and provide effective recommendations.
- Discuss and clarify the finding with the auditee to find a clear root cause.

- With a senior research Officer, plan research projects to be in line with the R&D and institutional changes;
- Formulate and update the research plan for the whole institution.
- With consultation with senior research officer /head of product department updates research tools and research training for external filed researchers.

- Review regular sources of information and data required for preparation of reports.
- Prepare lender report monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly.

- Produce financial report format for any new report.
