Financial Planner: Partnership and Digital Distribution Department.
- Drive sales results through working closely with partners and sales teams to ensure meeting sales target
- Provide life insurance solutions to Customer
- Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions to address customer's protection, and long-term saving needs.
- Strengthen the long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service while building relationship with new customers.
- Approach potential customers from the customer contact list and referrals provided by a distribution bank partner.
- Assist the customers by providing them after sales service and information as and when required.
- Support the company in all promotional activities.

- High School Degree / Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in sales, marketing, training and development in life insurance industry is highly preferred
- Good at tracking record in sales performance and relationship building
- Convincing/ influencing skill for customer’s decision in financial planning
- Life insurance / General insurance background is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills

Assistant Financial Planner (7 Positions)

- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- At least High School Degree / Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-2 years of experiences in sales, marketing, training and development in life insurance industry is highly preferred

Digital Distribution Trainer (2 Positions)
- Develop digital learning system to support distribution channels and ensure the delivery of FWD Digital Academy.
- Ensure effectiveness of the system through working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Drive both online and offline training project initiatives in order to ensure capability delivery of sales team
- Monitor training effectiveness through data analytics and insights
- Ensure on-going system enhancement and support
- Be a subject matter expert in digital training and project initiatives
- Conduct field work to support an effective sales skill practice and coaching of sales agents.
- Ensure market conduct and regulatory requirements (internal & external) are adhered by the sales agents
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Bachelor's degree of business administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 02 years of demonstrated experience in Life Insurance Operations with minimum 01 years in sales training.
- Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantaged

Senior IT Security & Infrastructure Support Lead (1 Position)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business strategy and Information Security needs
- Propose appropriate Information security solutions in line with the Group Information Security Policies and Standards
- Drive and ensure “security by design” is embedded in the BU IT projects and IT software development lifecycle and guide the project team to undergo the required Information Security tollgates
- Guide Technology and Business project teams on the expected IT/Information security deliverables in all cloud adoption initiatives
- Manage vulnerabilities, security deficiencies and non-compliance by identifying the risk, assessing to determine the risk level, working with respective teams on risk treatment and closely monitor the risk area regularly
- Actively work with business functions to identify security gaps and recommend measures to strengthen the overall security posture
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Information Security or Business Information Security management role, preferably in Financial Services
- Certification on CISSP / CRISC / CISM is preferred
- Degree from Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- Solid working knowledge of information security in Cloud Services
- Experience in multicultural, virtual, distributed and diverse team coordination and communication
- Ability to translate security risk to business risk

Business Analyst Manager (1 Position)
- Represent FWD Cambodia to identify business needs and document all possible scenarios required.
- Thorough understand Life insurance business and can define business logic into document.
- Discuss and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Experience in prepare documents including design process flow (wireframes design is an advantage).
- Creates user stories followed by prioritization with relevant acceptance criteria also provide a detailed explanation to team.
- Work with many squad teams in Agile methodology.
- Assist IT Platforms in documenting scope, identify gaps and estimation required for implementation.
- Deliver IT solutions in accordance to relevant IT policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Degree in IT or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT application and/or business analyst in insurance or banking & financial industry
- Ability to use data to develop insights, recommendation, and business cases
- Knowledge in design and gathering requirements methodologies
- Be flexible, dynamic and able to work independently
- Excellent problem analysis skill. Innovative and creative in developing solutions.
