Job Introduction:
Supervisor, Treasury and Strategic Risk is in charge of providing support to the Treasury and Strategic Risk management by helping collecting the relevant data, identifying, analyzing and evaluating those data threatening the business' profit in a clear and actionable manner. She/he would be involved in developing simulation and stress testing of issues relating to treasury and strategic risk affected by internal and external factors with management direction. She/he also understands how to analyze Treasury Risk based approach and work with relevant departments to develop practical solutions that can be implemented to effectively mitigate and manage financial risk.
- Consolidate all the data from relevant departments to develop and generate Treasury and Strategic Risk framework;
- Monitor limit of some ratio required by National Bank of Cambodia (NBC);
- Analyze AMRET's financial statement such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Other;
- Assist risk owner and Manager to control or manage Treasury and Strategic Risk;
- Support in Monthly Liquidity Risk Management Report preparation;
- Prepare Monthly Interest Rate Risk Sensitivity Report;
- Prepare Monthly Net Open Position (FX Risk) Report;
- Support in preparing Monthly ALCO pack for present in ALCO meeting;
- Monitor Risk event that affect to AMRET Treasury and Strategic Risk Management;
- Implement model to support strategic risk management function;
- Ensuring Strategic and treasury risk are correctly identifies and escalated when cannot be resolved at ground level;
- Check the requirement of regulatory bodies, especially National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) on the Treasury and Strategic Risk exposure;
- Identify analyze and evaluate Treasury and Strategic Risk within AMRET;
- Monitor Treasury and Strategic Risk and control to mitigate risk exposure;
- Develop and revise Treasury and Strategic Risk Reporting templates and formulas;
- Produce and update Treasury and Strategic Risk Report on regular basis;
- Make recommendations to manage Treasury and Strategic Risk exposures;
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finances, banking, business administration, economics, or related field;
- At least 2 years experiences with MFIs or Banks, and 1 year’s experiences in Risk Management with MFIs or Banks;
- Experiences in data management and analysis is a plus;
- Proficient in analytical skills;
- Well in communication skills;
- Good Commands of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

Job Summary:
To Ensure the effectiveness of QR code implementation, the highest level of Service Excellent implementation at branch level. Provide training on Service Excellent policies to branch staff. Coordinate with relevant team to provide essential training/refresh on process/ product feature to branch staff.
- Lead QAU team to monitor QR code implementation and offer solution to improve the effectiveness of QR scan at all Amret branch;
- Consolidate report of QR scan for all branch and communicate the result including action to be taken to all stake holder;
- Analyze QR report and other factors that limit branch to provide excellent service to clients and offer essential training needed to all branches;
- Develop and update policies and procedures and training curriculum related to Customer Experience;
- Working closely with relevant team to identify key challenges that impact sale KPI (Retention and Equipment Rate) and coordinate with Training team to train to all counter staff;
- Conduct Service Excellent training to QAU and internal trainer team and assign the QAU to train all counter staff in proper timeline;
- Follow up with all branches to ensure that all implementation of customer services policies and procedures are followed and complied.

Introduction:
Create and update tools for data extraction for loan growth and PAR analysis by regions, branches, products, main sectors and sub sectors, prepare monthly report of loan growth and report to direct manager, assist in help to the survey requested by HCR or CRC on the doubtful loan, PAR, and highly risk areas, and Quarterly updated the outlook of main business activities.
- Update new and enhance the existing tools to monitor and analysis the trend of loan and PAR portfolio growth, loan concentration, portfolio at risk (PAR) by main sectors, regions, products, branches as well as by sub sectors;
- Update the existing tools for cross data analytics to make sure that all the risks of loan Monand PAR growth can be identified and managed properly;
- Monitor the concentration limit of KRIs daily/ monthly and report to related parties in case of having breach the limit or watch level;
- Monitor the limit concentration growth and estimate the time for reach the watch level of the fast grown KRIs;
- Keep monitoring the trend of portfolio and PAR growth by regions, branches, products, main sectors and sub sectors;
- Cross data analytics to find out the root cause of loan growth, PAR growth and recommend the actions to be taken;
- Monitoring on the main sub sectors outlook and make proposal to limit or take action in case of the sub sector trend to be bad outlook in the future;
- Collect the main commodity price from settled branches to monitor some main of the cash crops price;
- Request the data from MEF, MAFF or MC... for commodity price, import and export trend in order to be a reference for sub sector outlook forecast;
- Hunting the news both internal and external that are sensitive for loan and PAR growth impact
- Work closely with IT team in case of having any doubtful of the accuracy of the data;
- Request to add field in the cube or MIS report that is important to analyse the credit risk or the demand data from HCR, CRC;
- Follow up the price, output for sub sectors by CRC to make sure that it compliance with Prakas;
- Follow up the LO by banned purposed by CRC and provide the data to internall controller to pass to branch in order to correct;
- Monthly report to CRC and stakeholders;
- Follow up, support and reinforce all sector decision/recommendation by CRC to ensure that is fully implement.

Introduction:
Assist supervisor or manager to develop framework, policy, procedure and tools to ensure Amret’s business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and especially regarding compliance, and to prepare report for regulators regarding to ensure potential risks is identified and monitored and remediation actions are being taken immediately.
- Assist Supervisor or Senior Manager, Compliance in developing and updating policy, procedure and guidelines to make sure those tools are working properly and compliant with compliant requirements/law/prakas/regulations;
- Keep up to date with and inform staff and managers about changes in compliant prakas, law and regulations and integrate those changes into compliance tools and new business activities so that Amret remains compliant with mandatory requirements;
- Provide and/or refresh training and coaching on compliance policy and procedure so that they are properly understood and applied by all operators;
- Update the AML/CFT blacklist and ensure staff cross-check the names of new clients against the blacklist;
- Review business requirements and enhance report on cash transaction reports (CTR), suspicious transaction reports (STR), and other reports requested by regulators;
- Update high-risk businesses/occupations and countries listed by UN, EU, OFAC and other sources to all staff;
- Other AML/CFT projects required by NBC and other competent authorities;
- Review AML/CFT and implement know-your-customer (KYC) due diligence practices to make sure correspondent banks are not exposed to the threat of money laundering and terrorist financing;
- Regulatory monitor customer transactions and especially high-risk business customers and advise the staff to take corrective actions to prevent and detect potential risk with regard AML/CFT;
- Support business departments on validation of name matching and CN matching against Blacklist System;
- Support business department on validation of documents during customer on board to ensure that the staff perform effectively on KYC/CDD principle;
- Highlight business department on potential risk on ML/FT prior to lunch out new products/service; perform post testing after that new product/service has been implemented;
- Response to NBC accurately and timely on requested report such as information of customer, CTR, and STR, annually risk assessment on ML/FT report and others;
- Provide various training to the staff for new staff and existing staff and prepare training report in monthly basis;
- Manage the repository at HQ to ensure documents are available for authorized staff and managers.
