- Contribute a development of product, marketing and selling strategies on commercial and superior banking business to support the growth and advancement within the competitive industry.
- Manage, monitor and evaluate relationship manager(s), sale manager(s) and other staff under supervision on to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their works toward the assigned goal and objectives.
- Provide supports to relationship manager(s), sale manager(s) and other staff under supervision on the commercial and superior banking strategies and selling tactics to ensure they are well equipped for accomplishment of their target and objectives.
- Build market network and conduct sale approaches and presentation to potential clients, especially dealing with oversea customers, other value chain stakeholders, SMEs and Corporate Clients.
- Work with SCSB team and other relevant stakeholders to deal with the syndicated secured loans, including negotiating with customer, making an assessment on loans and building relationship with customers.
- Work with other relationship managers, departments and other relevant stakeholders to deal on value chain financing, including negotiating with customers, making a business need assessment, making on cost and benefit analysis, and preparing and presenting a win-win proposal for customers.
- Manage and build relationship with existing customers to maximize the cross-selling opportunities on all available financial products and services of the company.
- Prepare and properly manage client base, including management of sales pipeline and performance report of Commercial Business for Chief Commercial Business Officer.
- Develop and manage referral from both existing clients or other sources, or cross selling of other products if there is a need.
- Keep up-to-date the competitors’ information, including their products, services and other marketing activities.
- Keep up-to-date with AMK’s marketing activities, products & services, and its product and market proposition to ensure both new and existing customers could be well educated and leveraged as much as possible the opportunities to support their businesses.
- Work with other cross department stakeholders, including Regional Channel Manager(s) and Provincial Manager(s) to effectively serve commercial and superior customers.

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 5-year experiences in banking, microfinance or other field of business relationship, especially involving with commercial or corporate lending, deposit, payroll and payment activities.
- Good relationship network with segments of commercial, corporates and high profile individual customers is a key advantage.
- Good communication in English (written and spoken)

Sale Admin Assistant

- Provide leadership to SME Credit Officer to accomplish the target
- Analyse the environmental situation in the branch credit(SME) operation area, including competition, client needs, and satisfaction
- Perform home client visit to collect data, verify document and ensure the completion of application.
- Train and support SME credit officer on loan assessment, collateral valuation, loan approval process and target client determination.
- Conduct post check, trigger event and annual review which are required by SME credit policy.
- Follow up SME lending process and ensure policy, procedure and guideline are complying.
- Assist relationship manager on preparing and analysing the credit report at branch which pick up the key issues to relationship manager for action taken.
