Supply Chain Manager (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Lead, manage, develop competencies / skill sets / leadership of subordinates and supply chain teams.
- Receive sales order and requests for production line and use that information to create production plans
- Negotiate and communicate with local and international suppliers, including raw materials suppliers
- Search for alternative suppliers that can provide superior performance: safety, legality, integrity, quality and /or value
- Purchase goods and services, following company principles, policies, and procedure; prepare paperwork and coordinate with Accounting Department for payment
- Ensure that raw materials are available for production
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, recommending next actions
- Schedule freight transportation and arrange shipping documents for customs clearance
- Import & Export/ shipping document checking and confirming with forwarder/shipper
- Check with various transportation companies to get shipping quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability, reliability, and compliance with company value and policy
- Manage and control inventory of raw materials, finished goods and various supplies
- Maintain Warehouse & Inventory: analyzing product orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock and re-ordering product as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels
- Maintain high ethical and legal standards, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption and avoiding personal conflicts of interest
- Train the subordinates’ skills relevant to their jobs
- Resolve all kinds of disputes caused by transportation, logistic system, and import-export and custom issues
- Prepare monthly and yearly budget planning and other report of supply chain
- Manages expenditures budget, analyzes, and negotiates costs to find savings while maintaining acceptable standards.
- Level of job-related experienced (minimum 4 years of job-related experience)

- Computer skills be able to use outlook email, Microsoft Team Kaizala and intermediate level of Microsoft word, excel and power point

Health, Safety & Management System Coordinator (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Leads, direct, implements and manages the Employee Health and Safety (H&S) process and programs to ensure the associates are safe
- Leads and manages internal audit program BRC issue 8 & SA8000
- Ensure all safety meet requirement of Local regulation, corporate and internation standards
- Lead in the development of any pandemic or disaster response plans, implementation and monitoring for compliance
- Engages in implantation training program of H&S related lesson learned and exchange the H&S information across the company
- Conducts site visits and facilitate audits inspections
- Ensure AFC’s management system are effective and comply with internation standards such as BRC issue 8 & SA8000
- Other tasks assigned by community manager.
- Bachelor’s degree of food science or comparableexperience
- Minimum 3 years experience with standard such as HACCP or BRC issue 8

Pharma Regulatory Specialist (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Regulatory Compliance –
- Provide technical support for regulatory requirements to Cambodian laws, BRC standards, and export markets; Monitors, interprets and implements current and new regulatory requirements; Provides consultation to team on key developments which may impact the company
- Responsible for ensuring all product literature, data, internal documents, product, and carton labels are reviewed and updated to remain compliant with local requirements and global standards. Prepares, submits, and maintains all required paperwork for pharma/food regulatory compliance
- Food and Workplace Safety meets legal, company and international standards, including GMP, pharmaceutical GMP, HACCP, BRC and OHSAS 18001. Product development inventories are managed (specifications and MSDS)
- Consults with team to ensure products in development comply with market’s regulatory requirements. Acts as Liaison to Ministry of Health
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, recognized by Ministry of Health
- Minimum ACE English test results 3
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in similar capacity
- Member of Pharmacy Council of Cambodia, Registered Pharmacist
Sales and Distribution Representative (1 Position)

Expectations - - Go visiting customers to introduce and sell AFC’s product
- Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customers
- Expand coverage and distribution (sell existing and new customer)
- Manage performance under assign goal
- To manage distribution channel to achieve overall company objective

Expectations - - Assisting in preparing of Journal voucher, Payment voucher and Cash receipt voucher
- Checking and verifying the invoice to ensure they are all following accounting and tax requirements.
- Billing sale invoice into accounting system
- Communicated with both customers and vendor for outstanding balance
