Chairman Assistant (1 Position)

- Assist the chairman of the board to convene and preside over the company's senior management meetings, organize discussions and decide on the company's development plans, business policies, annual plans, and major issues in daily operations;
- Organize relevant personnel to review, supervise, assess, and inspect the company's various development plans and implementation results;
- Master the overall operating status of the company and provide first-hand information for the chairman of the board to make timely business decisions;
- Responsible for coordination of external public relations and assist in handling relevant business reception work;
- Assist the chairman to regularly review the company's financial statements and other important reports, and comprehensively monitor the company's financial status;
- Review important economic contracts and important reports, documents, materials, etc.;
- Communicate and coordinate the work of relevant departments of the company on behalf of the chairman of the board;
- Assist the chairman of the company's daily affairs management; Handle other affairs authorized by the chairman of the board.
- Language:
- Mother tongue: Chinese (Overseas Chinese born in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwanese, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia is preferred. Candidates from Mainland China and Candidates with Cambodian work experience are NOT accepted)
- Working language: English (listening, speaking and writing, all working documents are in English)
- Certificate:
- Bachelor degree above. Overseas study experience, British, American, Australian and Canadian study abroad experience is preferred.
- CPA/CIA/ACCA/ACA or other equivalent professional qualifications.
- Work Background:
- More than 3 years audit work experience in Big-4 (Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG) or more than 3 years investment or finance experience in well-known Investment company.
- More than 5 years of business management experience in logistics, international trade, e-commerce, IT, etc. industry.
- Male. 35-50 years old.
General Manager of Physical Examination Center (1 Position)
Position level: Management level
Work location: Cambodia, Phnom Penh
- Responsible for the overall management of the physical examination center
- Operational management: formulate and implement effective business strategies to ensure the completion of various business and management indicators issued by the group, strictly review costs and expenses, and ensure that the operating costs and expenses of the physical examination center are reasonably controlled
- Medical quality management: formulate regular training plans and professional skills assessments for medical staff, continuously improve the overall quality of employees, and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity
- Service quality management: establish a standardized service system for the team, formulate reward and punishment measures for employees and organize their implementation
- Marketing management: maintenance of public relations, brand promotion of physical examination centers, design of product portfolio, use of network platforms and online promotion tools, cooperation and development of local resources in different industries, and cooperation in diagnosis and consultation of medical institutions
- Personnel management: Responsible for the recruitment and planning of the medical team, rationally allocate human resources, implement the company's corporate culture and management system, and create a good working atmosphere
- System management: supervision and promotion of projects under construction and pending maintenance, introduction and maintenance of user management systems and charging systems
- 30 years of age or older, bachelor degree or above, medical management related majors in management, marketing, clinical medicine, etc.
- Chinese Native Speaker. Fluency in English can be used as a working language, overseas study or work experience is preferred
- More than 8 years of senior management experience in the health industry such as physical examination centers and tertiary hospitals, familiar with the overall operation and management of physical examination centers
- Received management ability development and medical management related training, with excellent clinical business ability, the title of deputy chief physician or above is preferred
- Good professional ethics, excellent communication, execution, coordination and cooperation skills

General Manager of Indoor Golf Club (1 Position)
Position level: Management level
Work location: Cambodia, Phnom Penh,near AEON 1
- Responsible for the overall management of the indoor golf club.
- Operational management: formulate and implement effective business strategies to ensure the completion of various business and management indicators issued by the group, strictly review costs and expenses, and ensure that the operating costs and expenses of the physical examination center are reasonably controlled
- Service quality management: establish a standardized service system, implement company products, customer service, brand, price and other standards, monitor service quality according to company requirements, handle guest complaints and opinions in a timely manner, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance members' sense of belonging
- Service capability management: Responsible for reviewing the various service training plans of the department, supervising the implementation, and guiding the department to continuously improve and update the service process and service improvement plan
- Marketing management: maintenance of public relations, club brand promotion, use of network platforms and online promotion tools, cooperation and resource development of local resources in different industries, to provide members with more personalized high-end consumer experiences and activities
- Personnel management: Responsible for the recruitment and planning of the team, rationally allocate human resources, implement the company's corporate culture and management system, and create a good working atmosphere

- Over 30 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in hotel and tourism

- More than 5 years of senior management experience in golf clubs, star hotels, high-level clubs and other related industries, familiar with the overall operation and management of golf clubs
- Proficient in membership management, familiar with the introduction and maintenance of various background management systems of the club, and understand industry trends and operational development trends

Indoor Golf Service Staff (10 Positions)
- Greet all customers in a warm, friendly and welcoming tone
- Coaching customer how to play indoor golf
- Assist in snack bar area when needed
- Responsible providing appropriate information to customers
- Has a good understanding of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
- Responsible for process to issue bill and collect payment from customer
- Perform related duties as assigned by line supervisor
