Video Producer & Photographer

Position Summary

Job Location: VP.Start Sen Sok Valley Campus

Reporting to: Production Manager

Salary: Open for negotiation

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop video content [installation, operation, troubleshoot, training, user-guide, etc.] for VP.Start solution and develop production schedules.
  • Design script, storyboard, video scenes, direct filming, develop production schedules and set timelines for media projects smoothly running on dateline.
  • Be a skillful photographer for indoor and outdoor events.
  • Upgrade video technical and photography concepts based on creative and modern technology.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a media team, to establish project deliverables.
  • Participate in filming, video live, photography and videography.
  • Support Media Team to manage and coordinate company events.
  • Work cross-functional teams and departments if needed to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
  • Tasks follow up, reporting, presentation and feedback in loop with the team and manager.
  • Upgrade and research video technical innovation and creativity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in art or related skill such as filming, video design, video visual effect design, animation/ cartoon (preferred), artwork design or relevant skill.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a video producer and/or photographer.
  • Proven work experience as a video producer & photographer.
  • Experience and professionally [indoor and outdoor] videography and photography.
  • Understand various types of cameras, different lenses and how to create a certain shot.
  • Experience with digital technology and video editing software (Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition, Audacity Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Lightroom etc.).
  • Good at MS office, Internet & Email and working online.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and planning.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creative design digital and technology graphics.
  • Design and edit the technical video [installation, operation, troubleshoot, training, user-guide, etc.] with creative concepts of technological 3D effect, visual, animation, texting, sound/music.
  • Provide the video and/or photo shooting idea / solutions to improve the quality of media production.
  • Create technology videos regarding the media team’s needs and follow the company vision.
  • Edit photo and video of the company event.
  • Always upgrade and innovate new concepts for the next graphic design and video edition.
  • Participate in filming, video live, photography and videography.
  • Support Media Team to manage and coordinate company events.

Site Support Engineer (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Reporting to: Site Operation Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional engineering services i.e. site installation, site asset maintenance and troubleshooting to the customers.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot the company products/solutions as well as electrical-equipment on site
  • Provide trainings and presentations of the company products/solutions, applications, function, features, and the end users’/customers’ benefit.
  • Available to support remotely, consult & troubleshoot customers’ problems on a 24/7 basis whenever problems are encountered. Power distribution system analysis and finding good engineering solutions that face any grid system.
  • Understand and configure relay-protection settings, ACRs, sectionalizes, etc. Analyze the company’s products/solutions that may cause issues or failure and provide the professional solutions to those issues that may arise.
  • Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
  • Ensuring missions meet the safety regulations and company SOPs.
  • Filling out job sheets and reporting to the manager.
  • Work closely with the customer by managing a good mission schedule and by adhering to the SOPs and company regulations.
  • Reporting the overall status of the site mission & the customers’ feedback to the team & HOD/Supervisor.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as required (Not often).
  • Maintaining the tools/equipment.
  • Assist and coordinate with other departments/teams whenever needed.
  • Self-improve & keep researching on relevant skills/topics that support the site engineer’s role and keep a strong understanding of the company’s solutions/products, vision, policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields, Working with/or understanding Power Grid systems LV, MV and HV grid.
  • Experienced with Electrical equipment operation such as ACR, LBS, Sectionalized, RMU, AVR, Distribution-Transformer, Arrester, etc.
  • Experienced in using or a desire to learn the required software such as WSOS, ETIMS, Cooper Insight View, etc.
  • Proven ability to analyze and understand power distribution systems.
  • Experienced learning on ArcGIS mapping view software, Dig Silent, 2D&3D drawing graphic design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, CorelDraw and/or Solid Work).
  • Knowledge of applicable Relay Protection, Curve Analysis, MV single line diagrams are preferred.
  • Working experience in MV line, Substation or SCADA system are advantages.
  • Great communication & presentation skills that can translate to training other team members.
  • Good in Email and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven fluency in conversing, reading and writing in both English (Preferred) & Khmer.
  • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

  • Analyze problems or deficiencies to develop the solutions.
  • Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
  • Create plans and designs layout by CAD technology.
  • Estimating budgets, time, and work scope for each project.
  • Prepare the technical documentation/Guideline for machine operators.
  • Ensuring the production meet compliance regulations.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
  • Taking ideas from the initial design stage to the production process
  • Concept drawing the detailed of technical plans
  • Using mathematical and scientific skills to create workable, real-world solutions to problems
  • Selecting the appropriate materials for a new product or a new construction

Products Inspector

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reporting to: Production Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the electronic component on PCB boards
  • Testing controller, accessories following the instruction and ensure that all items are running well.
  • Make the testing report and submit it to the manager.
  • Control on the product finished ensuring that it can take for QC process.
  • Help to achieve daily production requirements on quality and quantity.
  • Product assembly support and make inspection before package.
  • Make the report of working progress to the manager.
  • Clear about the production plan for each project of RFP “Request for Production”.
  • Other task assigned by manager
Requirements:
  • Production Inspection and Calibration are highly technical and detail-oriented, Inspecting and testing the electronic device, and accessories or spare parts to ensure that work correctly. Prospective candidates must at least an Electronic Engineer, along with the following skills:
  • Testing and quality assurance – electronic inspector, ensure that devices and components work consistently and correctly, so some familiarity with testing and quality assurance procedures is important.
  • Specification interpretation – Inspectors must able to make technical decisions to identify problems after inspections and tests.
  • Process enhancement – electronic inspection and calibration constantly seek for improving methods and enhance overall efficiency to speed up and simplify the assembly process.
  • Attention to detail – this job requires a high level of attention to detail, since electronic components and devices can include many elements that need to work together perfectly.
  • Communication skills – Production Inspection and calibration tend to work as part of a fabrication team, so the effective communication among other teams, production operators, engineers, and product designers is vital.
  • Responsibility – In operations on inspection and calibration, there is a need for high responsibility for responsible job, patience, honesty, good teamwork and dedication.
