Manager, IT
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Support the HQ MIS with delivering overall direction and strategic management on the basis relative to network, security, applications and business standards to meet internal IT requirements.
- Provide operations support services for Hardware, LAN infrastructure and applications including SAP, Email Systems, backup and software licensing etc., ensuring systems are in
- place to support local operations.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day systems-related issues, and escalating to 2 nd Level support if required.
- Management of IT vendors and services.
- Provide recommendations on the purchase of computers hardware and software.
- Understand, interpret and represent business processes and interactions related to business requirements escalating to HQ MIS.
- Helps to drive company initiatives or programs and analyses business processes for re-engineering opportunities.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 5 year experience in leading and supporting IT infrastructure
- Strong hardware/software and networking knowledge such as DNS, DHCP, SSH, SMTP, FTP, firewalls, Internet, Proxy Servers, Wireless Controllers, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience in active directory and remote desktop management, infrastructure setup.
- Experience in setting of Personal Computers or Notebooks and implement a Standard Operating Environment.
- Possess related SAP or ERP System related Functional knowledge is advantageous.
- Must be a team player who can also work independently. Possess good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Production Technician
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Ensure all production equipment is operating reliably and Overall Equipment Efficiency measures are achievable during production shifts in food & beverage manufacturing plant.
- Maintains equipment to all specifications relating to electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and troubleshooting in a team
- Operation such as gear boxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic machines, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other type of rotary and stationary equipment
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service, preventative maintenance and installations
- Provide the Engineering or Maintenance Team with support in the implementation of production line modifications.
- Provide the Maintenance Team with support in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment or instrumentation operating under the control of an automated system.
- Willing to work on shift and participate in "On Call" service including after hours and weekend schedule rotation
- Maintain spare part levels and trigger to reorders within replenishment guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company and legislative Health, Safety, Environment, quality & food safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Maintenance of a safe operating environment within the complex and surrounding areas
- Degree, Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical field
- 2-3 years previous relevant experience in similar manufacturing environment. Good knowledge & experience of electrical, instrumentation & control such as Profibus system will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in GMP, food safety and hygienic design standard
- Good physical fitness to be able to perform shift duties & hands on mechanical and electrical maintenance work is essential
- Applicants must have good communication skills combined with a flexible, team orientated and ‘can do’ approach
- Computer literate, able to read & comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings, P&IDs specifications is required
- Experience of plant start up, commissioning would be preferable
Utility Technician (Boiler, WTP & WWTP)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- To operate water tube boiler, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.
- To record the boiler, WTP and WWTP daily activities and report to utility engineer/ Eng manager.
- To make sure all chemicals, essential parts and consumables always available.
- Report any abnormalities from boiler system, WTP and WWTP and supporting equipment to utility engineer/ Engineering manager.
- Update boiler status at engineering log book.
- Higher diploma or certificate in mechanical and electrical engineering from a recognised university or polytechnic or equivalent qualification.
- Min 2 to 4 years of working experience in manufacturing utilities, especially in boiler, cooling tower, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, air compressor, gen-set and building facilities.
- Hands on working experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of utilities systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical & instrument fundamentals and mechanical principle
- Preferably with local authorities certified boiler operation certification.
QA Technician

- On line checking
- Line sanitation sampling testing
- CIP solution test on site checking
- Check process control parameters
- Sampling, checking testing ensure test parameters fall within specification. This carried out through sampling laboratory testing per QA plan highlight non-conformances
- Daily Water Testing
- Raw material Primary Packaging Material Sampling, Checking & Testing
- Microbiological Testing
- Finished Physiochemical Sensory Testing
- Sample arrangement incubation
- Maintenance calibration lab equipment
- Data entry compilation review
- Record Certificate Analysis keeping review
- Assist supervision finished (trial run & non-conformance) sorting by production any other task assigned.
- Carry out 5’S, Good Laboratory Practices, well following Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Minimum academy qualification:
- Diploma Bachelor Degree Food Technology related field
- Specific set:
- Good analytical skill
- Preferably laboratory skills
- Years experience:
- Preferably one of experience QA/QC
- Preferably food beverage industry
- Fresh graduates welcomed apply
