UX/UI Designer (3 Positions)

Job Description
We are looking for the UX/UI Designer with a strong interest and passion for design and development of engaging user experiences for consumers on web and mobile.
The ideal candidates must be a self-motivated individual with willingness to get her/his hands dirty.
- Collaborating with product owner and engineering to deliver the product that aligns with the business goals and users’ needs.
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale
- Design UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites function and look like
- Required Skills
- Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
- An eye for creating elegant, easy-to-use interfaces for applications with a rich and complex set of features
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Problem solver and user-centered
- Qualifications
- 4th year student or fresh graduate in design, IT or equivalent education / training
- 0 to 1 year of experience as an UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Good communication in English for both speaking and writing
- Knowledge of front-end coding (HTML, js, PHP, CSS) is a plus
- Familiar with UX design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus
