Travel Consultant
Location: Siem Reap or Phnom Penh (remote work possible)
Compensation: Competitive upon qualification

Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
- Design itineraries for TO/TA, make proposals/quotations and follow up bookings via our system
- Understand clients profiles and adapt each offer to their expectations
- Respect sales procedure & requested deadlines
- Work closely with Reservation & Operation to make sure all services booked correctly.
- Understand the competition and react accordingly
- Promote Cambodia destination to respective markets & clients
- Support Sales Team Leader for prospect clients and yearly production
- Inspect regularly new products on spot for a better expertise
- Clients payment follow up
- Language: Khmer + English or French
- Skills:
- Able to handle multi-tasks
- Attention to details
- Flexible and hard working
- Able and willing to work in team
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, likes to travel around the country
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Creative and customer service minded

- Experience in the travel agency in a similar position, at least 2 years
- A deep knowledge of Cambodia as a tourist destination
French Speaking Operation Executive
Compensation: Competitive upon qualification

Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
- Compile and recheck all information received
- Recheck the new programs carefully and inform the Sales Department or Reservation staffs in case of any problems
- Ensure that all the needs of the clients are met
- Conduct the operating program
- Build a tour program and prepare tour guide materials: recheck all the services, add notes for the guide with special remarks concerning the profile of the traveler(s), prepare welcome gifts, sightseeing tickets, tourist registration forms, etc.
- Deliver profiles over to tour guides
- Brief programs carefully to tour guide
- Monitor, supervise and solve problems arising during the tour
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival
- Monitor, supervise and update information and situation of tourists through the tour guide
- Solve any potential problems occurring while clients on spot
- Language: Khmer + Excellent English + French (basic accepted)
