Travel Agent Supervisor
Working Environment
- Location: Flatiron, Khan Doun Penh
- Hours: 09:00AM-18:00PM, 5 Days a week with two Day off
- Employee attendance and performance evaluation management
- Proficient in understanding visa policy regulations and operational procedures.
- Front desk consultants service
- Use standardized service language, be polite, friendly
- Don’t make decisions or express opinions without authorization
- Adhere to the position and do not leave without permission
- Check for any missing passports or application materials
- Assist the center manager or independently complete the review of visa documents
- Consultant service via email, telephone or others applications
- Assist Manager in completing personnel performance assessment, important task such as front desk consultation or visa telephone and email, business guidance and review.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Native in Khmer, fluent in English and good command of Chinese
- Proficient in using computer, mobile phones, printers and Microsoft office software
- Strong organizational and management skill as well as self-discipline
Travel Agent Associate
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Strictly abide by the rules and regulation of the visa application center and obey the instruction of the management personnel
- Arrive at office at least 10 min early
- Proficient in understanding the visa policy regulation and operational procedure
- Use standardized service language, be polite, friendly
- Answer questions meticulously and concisely
- Seek guidance from management promptly for difficult or sensitive questions
- Check for any missing passports or application material
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Native in Khmer, fluent in English and speak Chinese is preferred
- Proficient in using computer, mobile phones, printers and Microsoft office software
- Excellent office skills
- Strong self-discipline
- Honest and Trustworthy
