Position Summary

Supervisor: Managing Director of ATC

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • TRAININGS:
  • Mapping out training plans and schedules, assisting to design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training, specialized skills-based trainings and more that ATC will offer.
  • Marketing available training opportunities to industry and other corporations and providing necessary information to Marketing Officer.
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
  • If necessary, design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design, especially AUPP’s academic leadership including Deans, Provost, President, etc.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Tracking and maintaining student records and monitoring compliance with various training policies, including but not limited to attendance.
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.
  • Manage the budget allocated for training programs and resources.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training and development or a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development can be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
 
 

Startup Program Manager

Position Summary

Supervisor: General Manager of ATC

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing Programs: Startup Program Management & Development
  • Desings and develops desirable startup programs optimized for the purpose of diversified startup incubation programs.
  • Organizing Events and Workshops
  • Clearly define event goals and choose the right format. 
  • Select speakers with relevant expertise and backgrounds. 
  • Gather feedback and track key metrics for improvement. 
  • Creating an environment that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing. .
  • Mentoring Support and Management: Mentor Personnel Management and Support
  • Plans mentoring programs and manages mentor personnel. Supports effective interactions between mentors and mentees to maximize outcomes.
  • Startup Support and Management: Startup Counseling and Support, Alumni Management
  • Operates counseling and support programs for startup founders. Builds and manages alumni networks to maintain ongoing collaborative relationships.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in startup incubation program management and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining startup ecosystem networks and fostering long-term collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including mentors, instructors, and startup founders.
  • Good in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite).
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the education field.
