The postholder will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the project activities as listed in the approved workplan at the field levels in collaboration with the H5N1 Provincial Facilitators. Moreover, s/he will work to provide routine support, such as programmatical and technical assistance, in delivering the project-based interventions and activities at the sub-national and community level, which is led by the Rapid Response Team (RRT) at the provincial health departments (PHDs), operational health districts (ODs), and health centers (HCs).
- Act as a technical person or focal point on global health security and H5N1 to coordinate and contribute to the technical discussions related to H5N1 detection, prevention, and responses.
- Be a representative/focal point of KHANA for the field implementation through directly working with and supporting the H5N1 Provincial Facilitators.
- Provide ongoing support to the RRTs and H5N1 Provincial Facilitators in nine targeted provinces
- Under the direction and support of the Project Manager to support the delivery the project activities in the targeted coverages.
- Work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer in monitoring, recording and reporting the implementation of planned activities through monthly progress review meetings, reports review, and field trips undertaken.
- Support to the Program Manager in collecting, collating, and consolidating monthly and quarterly reports from field staff as results of the project implementation.

- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in public health or health-related topics.
- At least experiences on HIV, TB, SHR, COVID-19, public health, or other health-related issues for 2 years
- Proficiency in both oral and written communications in Khmer and English
- Good horizontal and vertical networking and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to community for field work and monitoring visits
