Technical Officer for Agronomy

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide agricultural technical supports and training to field team on all aspects of farming
- To implement the relevant field activities including meetings and trainings with farmers
- To prepare related reports on a monthly basis and submit to her/ his manager
- To provide immediate solution to every issue faced filed staff and farmers regarding any agriculture related challenges
- To ensure and monitor filed work activities
- To represent the company in any meetings, discussions with government, community and other stakeholders regarding best agricultural practices
- To create and proposing technical guidance (leaflets, brochure, etc.) for effectively communicate with dealers & farmers
- To identify and analyze the potential agricultural fertilizer and pesticides
- Other tasks may be requested by management from time to time
- Candidates are expected to have the following qualification, skills, and experience, and to be comfortable with the following conditions:
- Hold a degree in agronomy, agricultural science or relevant fields
- Have technical knowledge of using fertilizers and pesticides
- At least 1-year work experience related to training fertilizer and pesticides to farmers
- Have high level interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
- Be honest, patient, diligent, disciplined, friendly, responsible, committed to work, and willing to learn new things
- Computer skills (Ms. Office)
- Can work as a team
- Be able to travel to provinces
