Report to: Business Development Manager
Key liaison: All Visitors and staff

- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all students in the class;
- Motivate and help students with their learning progress
- Provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work;
- Organize and get involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions;
- Carry out basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
- Follow up with absent students
- Promote and encourage students to speak English in class and at school
- plan and organize activities, such as storytelling, role play, or games to facilitate students’ development.
- Teach according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievement of the individual students and groups of students;
- Assign work, correcting and marking work carried out by his/her students;
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of one’s students;
- Prepare quizzes, monthly and final exams
- Complete on-going assessment and send a monthly report to the academic manager every month
- Respect school regulations and policy
- BA in Education or Undergraduate students (year 3 and year 4 students are motivated)
- Possess good command of English
- Possess a minimum of 1-year experience teaching children
- Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, email, etc.

Customer Service Officers (3 Positions)
Report to: Business Development Manager
Key liaison: All Visitors and staff

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner
- Greets all incoming students, individuals, families and guests respectfully and professionally;
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customer interactions.
- Do general task in office (add and change customer’s information)
- Understands, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in all his/her school activities;
- Handle petty cash and prepare requested payment
- Assist Administration officer to monitor security guard and cleaner;
- Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
