Accounts Assistant

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Reconciling finance accounts and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Credit control, preparing statutory accounts and cash allocation.
  • Sales order processing and managing daily post in & out.
  • Handling and writing cheques and reconciliation of direct debit mandates.
  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
  • Verifying calculations working with the accounts system.

Administrative and Property Officer

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage the upkeep of the premises, equipment, and supplies to meet the health and safety standards and to ensure the smooth running of ACE campuses and offices  
  • Assist to plan and coordinate all installations (aircon, office equipment, electrical and plumbing work, etc.) and refurbishments
  • Inspect the facilities to determine the need for repair
  • Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Supervise facilities team (cleaners, security guards, drivers, and maintenance staff) and external contractors
  • Assist to procure/purchase some goods and services in a timely manner with agreed quality as per specifications and within budget.
  • Perform all P2P-related tasks for several supplies ranging from raising PO, matching invoices, and processing documents with Finance.
  • Manage and monitor the expense under the Admin and Property Department and provide reports/statistics for management decision
  • Manage Admin stock to ensure the availability of the supplies when need and discuss with the HoD to identify the purchasing need
  • Report and update regularly on the status of the assigned works
  • Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor

  • Previous experience in an administrative role for at least 2 years is preferable  
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields  
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Client Service Officer

Position Summary

  • Entertain enquiries on services provided by the company such as on study abroad services and scholarships, studying English at ACE and registering or preparing for an IELTS test 
  • Provide counselling on study options and admission requirements for ACE programs 
  • Administer ACE placement tests and course enrolment 
  • Act as point of contact in providing solutions to students and customers 
  • Be part of a bigger team, organise promotional functions and exhibitions related to international study opportunities
