JOB DESCRIPTION
Working together with the School Leaders and Head of Department, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte. Ltd., the Teacher, Math and Science, is responsible for the following areas:
- Conceptualise and plan Math and Science programmes.
- Teach Math and Science to a range of classes of different levels proficiencies.
- Create a conducive environment for effective Teaching & Learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of students
- Provide useful and timely feedback to students and parents.
- Assess student learning to facilitate positive academic and effective development.
- Monitor students’ well-being and motivate them to achieve their goals.
- Work with others to support the department in curriculum development/review and other departmental needs.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and prepare relevant teaching resources.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Degree in Math / Sciences from an internationally recognised university.
- Teaching certification from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge in curriculum, pedagogy and assessments.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in education institutions.
- Experience in teaching in an international setting, as well as familiarity with Cambridge curriculum and Singapore education system, is an advantage.

Officer, Student Services
JOB DESCRIPTION
To work with the Executive, Student Services, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte. Ltd.).
- The Officer, Student Services, reports to the Executive, Student Services, and is responsible for:
- Assisting with the administrative processes for SCIA K12 schools to ensure smooth operations and good customer satisfaction
- Engaging customers and address students’ and parents’ feedback and concerns
- Supporting the Academic and Student Recruitment Teams in communicating school announcements and information to parents and students
- Performing a variety of administrative duties to support the running of K12 schools
- Sorting and filing of records, documents, mail and other materials
- Maintenance of information systems to keep track of student data
- Prepare documentation – letters, reports, lists, rosters for internal and external use
- Create, update and maintain student records, documentations and results
- Operate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) to enter, retrieve or archive information
- Work with other divisions to support external and internal events
- Answer telephone calls and emails with clarity and professionalism
- Greet and direct all visitors as appropriate
- Convey information both verbally and in writing
- Performing other functions as necessary or assigned by Reporting Officer/Head of Division.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- A degree in business administration, finance, marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in school administration, customer service or a similar role.
- Good inter-personal, communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
