Talent and Culture (HR) Intern
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist with the entire recruitment processes (jobs advertising, screening, selection, interview arrangements, summarizing results, etc);
- Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies;
- Manage the leave records and attendant for all employees;
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required; and
- Assist with general administration work.
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources;
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR;
- Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English;
- Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible;
- Excellent organization and planning skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office; and
- Friendly and approachable with good people skills.
