PlasGate was founded in 2014 and fully operated in 2015. We an enterprise communications solution company and currently is the Cambodia’s largest SMS gateway authorized by Smart, Cellcard, Metfone, SeaTel, qb and CooTel.

As part of our team, a system and network engineer are required to support our customers as well as our SMS gateway system. The system and network engineer will work with team and experience on diverse technology such as cloud, networking, system, firewall, VPN, and more. The engineer will be able to learn new thing which is part of our team culture.

Position Summary

Department/Group: IT Department

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 hours/day)

Job Code: SNE2022/01

Reporting to: CTO

Start Date: As soon as possible

Travel Required: Yes (local)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understand our system including hardware to install, support our customer
  • Communicate with our vendor to solve client issues
  • Participate to related training to improve the skill
  • Perform other tasks as required by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT related field
  • At least 1-year experiences with the technical skill of Web application development
  • Good knowledge and experience in networking, network design, cloud, VPN
  • Self-motivated, responsible, dynamic, creative, innovative, and willing to learn new technologies
  • Good communication skill in English is a PLUS
  • Knowledge about programming is a PLUS
