Surgical Trainees (2 Positions)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage surgical patient at SHCH
- Assist and perform activities in the Surgical Department as directed by the Chief of Surgery and the associated staff
- Have adequate personal and patient preparation for planned surgical procedures.
- Manage post-operative cases in the surgical and medical wards.
- Evaluate and manage surgical conditions in outpatients and medical inpatients at SHCH
- Comply with published work and OR schedules/call manner at all time
- Be available to work night duty and weekend duty
- Any other tasks assigned by Department Head.
- Certificate of MedicineAt least 1 years’ experience in surgery
- Able to use English in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Friendly with patient and staff
- Strong communication skills (both Khmer and English) proficiency (or growth) in English language communication (medical and non-medical)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skill
- Willingness and desire for continued learning
- Flexible and work as a team
