Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

Working Day : Monday-Friday

Reporting to : CEO

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing the administration of logistics management functions for all or most of the following: inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation & distribution, may also involve procurement, customer services, production planning and customs.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead S&OP monthly meeting cycle with stakeholders
  • Manage supply plan based on demand forecast
  • Coordinate with key Sales & Marketing contacts for the monthly sales forecast for replenishment plan.
  • Analysis demands forecasts and identifies gaps with existing stocks or know-related key concepts.
  • Providing an update of shipment purchase plan with 6-12months as per supplier requirements.
  • Monthly supply review with supplier as needed
  • Closely monitor service provider’s performance operation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness operations.
  • End-to-end logistics and importation of goods from international markets or oversea suppliers to distribution center (DC)
  • Identifies impacts on physical flows (sequencing, planning, …) and escalates as needed.
  • Utilizes appropriately key planning concepts and tools and prepares Cost to Serve
  • Work closely with finance for budget planning of supply chain function
  • Ability to master stock management, related infrastructure and goods transfer processes considering planning, quality demands, planned quantities and cost constraints.
  • Understand the entire supply chain process and systems and international and local regulations, policy to provide expertise, advice & support to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Risk management: Identify and evaluate operation risks such as supply, quality (including food safety), safety, environment, security, regulatory compliance (including customs and exercise), social and ethical (including reputation) and ensure there is proper plan to avoid or eliminate the risk to the business.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in logistics, demand and supply support functions.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good in English, both in Writing and speaking.
