Store Supervisor (1 Position)
Working days : Monday to Sunday, one day off per week
Working hours : From 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- To welcome, serve and recommend products to customer
- To make purchase order to supplier
- To record purchase order in system and check selling price
- To check cash from cashier and return to store manager
- To check all items showing in mart to ensure that mart is having enough stocks to sale to clients
- To verify invoice and prepare payment to supplier
- To prepare and submit monthly petty cash and expense to manager
- To follow up a “New Pricing” updated on time into POS system
- To conduct opening and closing POS sales system, ensure correct amounts, and generating daily sales report
- To do weekly/monthly sales report to manager
- To organize plan to request New Items stock for putting in mart
- To handle customer feedback, inquiry and complaint
- To act as a role model for the store staff, motivating and coaching them to provide best quality services to customers
- To maintain store in good looking image both inside and outside
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or lower degree (Not Essential)
- Proven work experience in a store/mart setting at least 2 years
- Demonstrated management and customer service skills
- Strong personalities, including self-motivated, flexible, problem solving and communication skills.
- Be able to understand basic written and spoken English.
- Computer knowledge, Ms. Word, Excel and Internet.
- Hard working, patient and be able to work under pressure.
- Friendly, morality, and high responsible for works.
Modern Trade Sales Supervisor (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Checking Sale Volume everyday by outlets
- Checking active outlet and pending PO and summarize it
- Preparing routing plan and call plan for sales team.
- Checking daily report with sale team and make a plan and strategy proposition to hit the target
- Updating customer list and daily sale report with sales team
- Managing & Leading merchandiser team (Merchandise products, Display, Facing, Eyes level, fill full stock on shelves
- Checking stock, promotion, selling report with sale team
- Plan implements, control and evaluation sales promotion activity.
- Managing and leading the sales force to identify problems and providing resolutions to ensure the team's success
- Managing dealer and customers to comply with the company policy
- Analyzing competitor each area (Trade promotion, Price, Prize, service…)
- Maintaining and developing market share positive relationship
- Leading team sales and pushing stock to achieve target
- Summarizing weekly/monthly sales report to Sales Manager
- Summarizing of key work to present to management team
- Preparing plan Sales Forecast to team sale next month.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Sales Manager
- Education and experience in FMCG with MT channel of at least one year, skills, and personal qualities in this field

- Find & Open new outlets
- Complete of Sale target
- Weekly Report to Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Other tasks will be assigned by Sales Supervisor/Manager
- Experience as a Sales Representative in the modern trade channel or related field.
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or others related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Be a fast learner, smart & flexible person & team player.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Know well Microsoft Office, E-mail & Internet, computer.
