4P’s, headquartered in Saigon, Vietnam. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 39 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses," "Earth-to-people," and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Currently, we are looking for qualified candidates with the position below:

Position Summary

Working days Monday-Saturday

Working days Monday-Saturday

Working Hour 8am – 5pm (1 hour break)

Industry Restaurant/Distribution

Probation Period 3 months

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Under Restaurant Manager
  • Ordering (make PO and send supplier to order) inc food / drink / Non-food items
  • Keep record all items
  • Support irregular order / urgent purchasing process following instruction by restaurants team
  • Inventory management of Food and Drink
  • Communication with ACCT to handle all inventory and purchasing part
  • Keep receipt and pass to office team (ACCT and cash report and management belong to office team)
  • All tool and equipment count / avoid to lost and keep enough stock
  • Tidy up warehouse and cold room / handling
  • Management all loss / broken / miss to avoid indirect cash lost, also record all items
  • Calculation of COGS monthly basis
  • Restaurant back side task support if any (depend on restaurant manager request)
  • Under Country Director
  • Supplier expanding and proposal for Director based on request
  • Sourcing support for new store plans (Cheaper equipment etc.)
  • Logistic support / Receiving item check from CK
  • In future & export and import process support for some product and equipment
  • Related supplier / Support
  • Zero Waste delivery communication / Tool and equipment handling
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration/Relevant Degree
  • Experience of inventory management and purchasing (not mandatory)
  • Having related experience/ Stock controlling knowledge is a priority
  • Good English in both written and verbal communication
  • Can use google drive, Gmail and Ms. Office
  • Honest, patient, friendly and willing to work hard
  • High integrity and honest
