Position Summary

Supervisor: Startup Programs Manager

Description: ATC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Startup Programs Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of our entrepreneurship and incubation programs. This mid-level role is ideal for candidates who bring both program coordination skills and subject-matter knowledge in startups, innovation, or youth empowerment. As a Startup Programs Coordinator, you will work closely with the Startup Programs Manager to ensure the smooth execution of Hackathons, Bootcamps, Incubation Programs, and Demo Days while also contributing insights, data, and innovative ideas that strengthen program impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and implementation of ATC’s startup incubation curriculum, including workshops, mentorship, and training activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics and schedules for Hackathons, Bootcamps, Pitch Days, and Demo Days.
  • Track and analyze startup team progress, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Assist with mentorship coordination and provide feedback loops between mentors and teams.
  • Prepare reports, case studies, and success stories that showcase program impact.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement, including mentors, investors, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to highlight program outcomes and innovations.
  • Provide ad-hoc support across ATC teams to ensure alignment of entrepreneurship initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in program coordination or ecosystem support (experience with startups, NGOs, or incubators is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track data and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for startups, youth empowerment, and innovation in Cambodia.
