Specialist-Training and Development
The position is for HR Department
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the individuals and organization
- Provide high quality of professional training courses and materials
- Design, organize, facilitate training program to develop and improve the competency of customer service and loan-related employees
- Organize induction training for new employees
- Develop and facilitate relevant “in-house” training programs
- Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person/virtual to optimize training effectiveness and training cost
- Research and recommend new training methods
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Support Talent Development Program
- Support Performance Management Development Plan
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 03 years’ experience in commercial bank or MFI
- Good command of English in both written and spoken; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Knowledge of E-Learning platform is a plus
- Knowledge of photo and video editing (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere –etc-) is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill and be a good team player
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong presentation skill
- Proficiency in computer skill
Specialist-C&B and Payroll
The position is for HR Department
- Ensure monthly payroll comply with the Bank policy and procedures
- Accurately process monthly Pay slip for all employees
- Ensure the Tax on salary declaration to GDT is accurately and timely
- Accurately prepare for Expat salary report
- Accurately process NSSF contribution report to MoLVT
- Ensure all OT work and unpaid leave procedures complied with the bank policy
- Ensure the process of development fund report and payment are accurately and timely
- Ensure the staff headcount and salary declaration to NBC is accurately and timely
- Ensure the declaration and payment of staff in-out to insurance company is accurately
- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben incentive schemes
- Ensure the process the seniority payment and back-pay are accurately and timely
- Accurately provide the salary confirmation for staff loans
- Fully control for all employees’ bank statement request
- Fully provided the consultations to all staff regarding HR related issues
- Ensure that the Incentives process are completed on time.
- Ensure staff well knowledge about insurance package and process
- Facilitate insurance claim for staff
- Propose new partnership or renew contract with existing insurance company
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in payroll function
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of regulation related with payroll function
- Good in Microsoft Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Be patient, friendly, high integrity and result-oriented
Assistant Manager-C&B and Employee Engagement
The position is for HR Department
- Keep reviewing and enhancing C&B package
- Do/join market C&B/salary survey and propose the areas for enhancement to management
- Review monthly payroll data
- Review and refine payroll process to be more effectively and efficiently
- Take lead in organizing Staff Long Services Award, Employee Role Model Program, Khmer New Year Event
- Enhance existing and initiate new staff engagement and staff well-being activities/program
- Support Head of HR in the preparation/proposal of Annual Staff Salary Increment, Bonus and Promotion.
- Work with Parent Bank for any project related with C&B, Payroll and Staff Engagement
- Supervise and provide coaching and training to subordinates
- Assist Head of HR on other projects/tasks when required
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in C&B, payroll and staff engagement
- Good command of English in both written and spoken; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Good knowledge of regulation related with payroll function
- Good in Microsoft Excel
- Good management and leadership skills
- Good coaching skills
