Specialist Procurement (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sourcing supplier
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
  • Making any required adjustments or changes to existing contracts.
  • Ensure responsible procurement practices meet company objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Job assign by manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Academic Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in purchasing and supplies management and logistic gained both local and oversea.
  • Working experience in hospital or health care company.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge and Skill:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, economics or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement/ contracts principle, contract administration and finance of accounting.
  • Flexible work attitude with ability to work productively in a team.
  • Ability to work well independently to meet unexpected demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with both internal team and oversea team.
  • Ability to identify problems, design interventions and oversea their implementation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Khmer and English.

Sales Representative (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, Pharmacy, Lab Technician, business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Experience in sales 1 or 2 years is advance.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
