Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Sourcing supplier
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
- Making any required adjustments or changes to existing contracts.
- Ensure responsible procurement practices meet company objectives and compliance requirements.

- Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in health science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, business, marketing, economics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in purchasing and supplies management and logistic gained both local and oversea.
- Working experience in hospital or health care company.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge and Skill:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, economics or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement/ contracts principle, contract administration and finance of accounting.
- Flexible work attitude with ability to work productively in a team.
- Ability to work well independently to meet unexpected demands.
- Develop and maintain relationship with both internal team and oversea team.
- Ability to identify problems, design interventions and oversea their implementation
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Khmer and English.

Sales Representative (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in health science, Pharmacy, Lab Technician, business, marketing, economics or related field
- Experience in sales 1 or 2 years is advance.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
