Social Work Manager
She is working and cooperating with other relevant departments within the organization under the supervision and reporting to the Country Director.
- Conduct the clients’ family assessment and home visits.
- Be responsible to prepare relevant documents for clients.
- Cooperate with social affair, authority and various relevant partners to support the clients as needed
- Bring the clients to the court by cooperating with the lawyers.
- Participate the meeting with the partners and local authority.
- Prepare the meeting and lead other social work staffs.
- Associate and participate in the case management for clients at the shelter and reintegration.
- Evaluate job performance regularly based on the goal and purpose of the organization.
- Prepare the clients’ family visits and the clients’ home visits.
- Communicate and cooperate with related departments in Battambang and Siem Reap branch.
- Produce the report to the Director, and prepare the annual plan.
- Check reintegrated clients, follow up and close cases with social workers.
- Develop and review the annual and monthly budget plan regularly.
- Address social workers’ concerns and support them to solve the problems.
- Implement other tasks requested and assigned by the Country Director.
- Be female at the ages of 25-45 years old.
- Complete the university levels majoring in social work, counselling, or relevant skills.
- Have at least three years of work experiences related to social works.
- Experience in leadership and team works.
- Have experiences in working with troubled youths and survivors of abuse.
- Proven ability to write a variety of reports in English and Khmer.
- Have good computer literacy of spreadsheet and database word processing skills.
- Have good understanding of alternative care issues.
- Possess good interpersonal and personal management skills.
- Be willing to travel and stay for short periods outside Battambang.
- Have ability and willingness to follow and apply ARM Cambodia's values.
