Social Media Executive
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Social Media Executive for Hello Health, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the social media strategy and plan. This includes creation, curation & distribution of posts, articles, and video on Facebook, Instagram & other social networks to ensure all social media posts align with voice, brand, and content strategy. This role is where creativity meets data. You will work closely with other teams including editorial and design to develop social media plans and content that fosters a deep sense of community and grows both brand engagement, website traffic and revenue.

- Your Key Responsibilities
- Be an evangelist and thought leader for social media for Hello Health. Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices to ensure we are industry leading in our strategy & content.
- Be highly involved in the creative and editorial operations of all social media content. Work and utilise internal & third party tools and softwares to manage the social media workflows.
- Ensure there is always a posting plan and schedule in place for all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Analyze performance data and iterate to achieve optimal performance. Partner with the data and analytics team to continually evolve our understanding of what algorithm factors are driving the most impact.
- Plan & execute innovative promotional and content-focused campaigns to drive growth and improve brand awareness across all social media channels ensuring continued alignment with the Hello Health editorial, brand and medical standards and policies.
- Collaborate with owners of other channels (paid, earned media, email, site, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency of company messaging across the consumer journey.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or other formats) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Work directly with the Account & commercial team to support the strategy development, planning and ultimately the delivery of client campaigns & KPIs that rely on social media for delivery.

- 1-2+ years of experience managing social media channels, pages & content for multiple platforms or brands both platform and agency experience is valued
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study with a proven track record of self-learning, development and maintaining necessary skills as the industry evolves
- Direct execution & management experience of social media budgets with experience running ads across multiple platforms (Facebook and IG Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, LINE etc.)
- Creative mindset with examples of creative ideas that were brought to life across social media channels from conceptualization to execution & performance management
- Passion for healthcare & an ambition to drive impact through social media and content that inspires & engages audiences
- Innovative mind that is highly detail oriented and data driven with experience utilising a variety of data tools including Google Analytics, Social Listening Tools & Social media platform analytics
Senior Branded Content
The Purpose of Your Role
The Branded Content Writer will be expected to ideate, write and polish up to perfection the branded article content for our client projects. This role will focus on servicing client delivery projects in your local market and where needed for other regional projects in case possible/applicable. You act as role models for and as the guardian of high quality content in all article formats we deliver.
The Content Writer will be tasked with the execution of on- and off-platform content campaigns with a focus on advertorials & SEO content that meets the objectives of Hello Health’s clients. The role will liaise closely with our branded editorial team for the planning, execution and quality control for content for our client campaigns.
- Branded Content Delivery (Text - Branded, Advertorial and SEO)
- You write content on a variety of topics for our clients campaign with a variety of article formats and client objectives, like website/SEO articles, advertorials, native articles, short and long form and others where needed and ensure a clean, concise, well-polished content is delivered within the deadline.
- You work together with your editor to adhere to our Hello Health content quality standards and (SEO) guidelines to ensure our services deliver outstanding results to our clients.
- You support the editorial team in brainstorming sessions with regards to content innovation, ideation, planning and strategy.
- You are responsible for the quality of content produced by you for our client campaigns.
- You do keyword research and master tools that support the creation of more data driven SEO content like Ahref, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and others in order to create the best possible content for our clients.
- You support the improvement of internal processes and documentation in order to increase the quality of our content delivery, i.e. briefing documents, templates etc.
- You work with the editorial team to make sure our client projects get delivered within the agreed timelines.
- Your KPIs include:
- Quality of content (Editorially, SEO, Medical)
- Content production efficiency (Quantity of content)
- Client Satisfaction with content quality (as per client feedback)
- Campaign Delivery within agreed timeline
