Site Supervisor
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
This position is for (Fresh Produce sourcing and packing) in its subsidiary.
Location based in based in Kirirom.
- Check and audit fruit farms to assess if they are suitable for contracting
- Negotiating with farmers to purchase their fruits on contract with a template provided by the company
- Monitoring hygiene, security and safety in worksites
- Make weekly plans and budget for worksite team
- Supervise workers onsite to make sure their job is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Manage company supplies and assets
- Prepare work reports to be submitted for assessment
- Solving problems Internal and External company
- General administration support
- Other tasks as assigned by the Operations manager.
- ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated
- Be honest, patient; follow the instruction from the superior
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Good at communication skill
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
- QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor degree in Agricultural Studies or other related field
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel & Power Point…etc.) and internet must be required
- Willing to live in onsite accommodation provided at Mong Reththy Sen Chey
- Having a driver’s license is a plus
- Strong knowledge of general administration is a plus
