Site Manager

Position Summary

Location: based in the Province (from Phnom Penh to Laos Border)

Duration: 2 Years Contract

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project expenditures, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Site Engineer - Civil

Position Summary

Location: based in the Province (from Phnom Penh to Laos Border)

Duration: 2 Years Contract

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial surveys and assessments to evaluate site conditions, terrain, and environmental factors affecting construction.
  • Assist in the layout and marking of construction areas, access roads, and installation points for transmission line structures.
  • Supervise the construction of foundations for transmission line towers and structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and structural integrity.
  • Oversee excavation, trenching, and grading activities required for the installation of underground cables and ground wires.
  • Manage concrete pouring, curing, and quality control for foundations, anchor blocks, and other civil structures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate with testing laboratories to perform soil tests, concrete tests, and other material tests as required for quality assurance.
