SFS Intern
Reporting Line: SFS Manager
- Admin works:
- To give supports on market research, marketing & communication, product development or sampling.
- To manage & update to Manager the coffee accessories stock, prepare "Delivery Notes" for partner plus summary of DNS/ monthly invoices to dealers. From time to time, it is required to be at partner's warehouse to perform a stock count (at least twice per year).
- To assist to Manager or/and coordinate with other departments to complete administrative document or request for legal document/ materials (i.e. due diligence) from partners/suppliers. To participate in Innovation project(s) proposed by manager.
- To perform other tasks required by Manager.
- Stations visits:
- To perform internal (physical & hidden) check, if any, to ensure that norms and guidelines for Café Bonjour/ Shop are properly followed & implemented by partners.
- Order & Delivery:
- To receive POS from dealers/ sites and ensure a smooth delivery to the ground on time.
- To coordinate order/ delivery of accessories or/and materials to different Café bonjour & bakery outlets as required by dealers/ partners.
- To ensure a smooth delivery of items after the order and check quality.
- Reporting:
- To collect and prepare a monthly turnover report.
- To manage and coordinate other reports on the monthly & quarterly basis.
- To prepare additional reports as required.
- Currently a bachelor's degree student in relevant business field (possessing a basic knowledge about coffee business would be a plus).
- Ability to use Microsoft office's software
- Capability to communicate and write in English.
- Good communication & open-minded person.
- Fast learner & willingness to learn new skill in an ever-changing job
- Willingness to travel for the job, if required.
- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided
