SFS Development & Marketing Executive
Reporting Line: SFS Manager
- Prepare outlet mock up, decorations for festival seasons, new products launch, plus conversion of existing outlets, and support the team in sales activations or in-company events/ workshops/ trainings, etc. to promote our products & services (Bonjour Shop, Bonjour Café, and other services at retail service stations)
- Assist SFS manager to identify SFS business development within the existing stations and new stations
- Develop the digital tool/system for SFS related activities especially for shop and coffee business
- Support to SFS Manager to explore and develop policy & guidelines (franchise, commercial partners, product SOP etc.) to standardize the service and products, to prepare proposals when meetings with dealers or potential customers, and to promote the “active” and “cross” selling within the team and on the ground.
- Work hands-in-hands with SFS Manager to identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals
- Assist SFS Manager to conduct feasibility study of different business model with business partners (for example to partner with other strong coffee brand to work with us or stronger brand in convenient store to foster the SFS business and develop brand and image
- Coordinate with Marketing department (work with Marketing department) to deliver marketing program and develop a strong and clear communication strategy (posters, coffee menu board, shop promotion boards, VDOs, animations etc.) and content for ads on social media or TEMC networks (Yammer, LinkedIn, etc.) for SFS activities
- Coordinate with Marketing department to monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Actively create local activities to develop brand, distribution, and penetration in market
- Represent the company in exhibits and trade shows and working with local designers (outsource is also the option, if required) to help market the product and services.
- Perform marketing research on shops and cafes to analyze industry advancements, competition activity, and market trends in order to design new marketing strategies for these businesses
- Prepare detailed reports and presentation on sales activities, revenue forecasts, market penetration, strategies, and client feedback for management review on a regular basis.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and management, or a related field.
- At least 2-year experience working as a Sales/Marketing/Digital Marketing or business development.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, able to do graphic design is a plus
- The ability to travel for work.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
