Service Staff

Position Summary

Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-taking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. Great team player and able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort customers to their table
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendation upon request
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Communicate order details to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drink orders and bring them to correct table
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Flexible with the needs of customers
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Friendly and able to get feedback and complained.
  • Good English speaking 
  • Flexibility and great team spirit
  • Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
  • Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information system
  • Basic math skills
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
 
 

Wake Park Facilitator

Position Summary

Purpose of the Job

The Wakeboard Park Facilitator ensures that the Wake Park runs without restrictions, as well as being able to motivate, encourage customers and to fulfill their expectations.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Preparations and/or clean up the working station
  • Pay close attention to the lake, cable and customers
  • To ensure the cable runs without restrictions
  • Make sure the rent equipment is in top condition
  • Providing clients with a successful experience
  • Try to address the customers with their name
  • Share encouragement and compliments to the clients
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Interest in the sport wakeboarding
  • Willingness to learn
  • Technical understanding
  • Good swimmer
  • English as well as Khmer knowledge (reading / writing)
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Friendly, helpful and accommodating to the customers
  • No fear of heights
  • Flexible to shift work
  • Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn and grow
