Level of position: By individual arrangement.
Duration of Assignment: Unlimited.
- Meet and greet our customer, scheduling services appointment.
- Logging in customers concerns and comments.
- Estimate repair costs, verifying the warranty, conducting inspections.
- Write repair orders and clear description of issues and repairs.
- Formulating customer’s complaints into repair terminology.
- Respective other tasks as assigned by Aftersales Manager
- Degree in respective Job applied for, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in-depth working experience within the automotive industry or equivalent.
- Good technical understanding as well as understanding of After Sales Business.
- Good understanding and supporting the After Sales Marketing strategies.
- Fluent in Khmer and English, written and spoken.
- Optional: Chinese language skills welcome.
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office & Apple iOS products).
- Presentation-, Management- and training skills.
- Dynamic, confident, self-motivated team player.
- Able to work independently.
- Full mobility (Car & Motor driving licence).
