We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our organic search strategy, significantly impacting our website's visibility, traffic, and lead generation. You will own the SEO process from strategy and keyword research to execution and reporting. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Analysis: Architect and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to our business goals. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify key opportunities for growth.
- On-Page & Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure all new and existing content—including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions—is fully optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Off-Page & Technical SEO: Champion our off-page strategy by developing high-quality link-building campaigns and digital PR outreach. Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush. Translate raw data into actionable insights and clearly communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of keyword research methodologies, content optimization, and link-building fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is highly advantageous.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) or social media advertising.
- Familiarity with content marketing principles and excellent copywriting skills.
