Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Implement Bank Portfolio dashboard in monthly, weekly and daily basis.
  • Develop automate performance dashboard for daily business performance monitoring.
  • Provide analytical support for evaluating effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Support head department and product managers with details analysis of product performance as required.
  • Implement internal data pipeline for data collection, data transformation, data management for reporting purposes.
  • Ensuring high quality and security of data internally used in the department.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or MIS.
  • Additional background in Accounting and Finance is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership, managerial role.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, data manipulation, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Integrated Service.
  • Experience is Database management software SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience in SQL Server Reporting Service or Power BI Report Server.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools (e.g: Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficiency with querying languages like SQL for data extraction and DAX for data transformation.
  • Experience working with complex and big data set from various format csv, txt, json…
  • Ability to lead and manage tasks to consumer analytics team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate data insights for actionable business strategies.
