We're looking for strongly commitment Senior IT/ELV Technical Engineer:
The Senior IT/ELV Technical Engineer ( is responsible for all levels of Technical Support, via phone, email and onsite support to Sales/Customer Service Department and customers/partners on troubleshooting and diagnosis to resolution.
We need strong level troubleshooting experience with the following duties:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the IT and ELV Security System Design, Installation and Configuration and Training
- Responsible to assist, lead the team in IT Solution and ELV Security System Design, Installation and Configuration, Troubleshooting
- Be able to prepare Slice Presentation, Training and Support offsite or via social media
- Experience and well knowledge in installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, System Design in any of the following system integration of VPN Router/Firewall, Wireless, IT/ELV structure, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV Camera, CMS, Intercom, PBX, Parking Management System etc.
- Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory, as well as monitor teams productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Talk Customers/Vendors/Partners/Teams through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Follow up with clients to ensure the installed systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports to Manager/CEO.
- Fast learner, Good Knowledge in Word/Excel, Email, Autocad, Microsoft Project Etc.

Accountant (300-350USD)
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting, Account Payable, Account Receivable and clerical support to the accounting department
- Experience in Account Receivable
- Well communicate via email or phone and can tactfully deal with customer
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Proactively and Constantly update job knowledge
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in Accounting System
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Monitor payment term, follow up payment and payment collection as required
- Assist to monitor stock in/out, stock return, stock count etc..

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Presales Engineer's Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand Physical Security Systems (Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, Access Control, CCTV Camera, Intercom, Parking Management System, Structured Cabling, etc.)
- Provide the sales team with technical advice and support
- Knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project etc...
- Recommending technical solutions in order to add value and meet customer's requirements.
- Creating Technical & Commercial Proposals
- Participate in preparing the sales plan with the Business Development Manager
- Prepare necessary Support Document to presentations and Support Partners
- Conducting sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations
- Develop proposals to serve clients requirements
- Explain solutions to clients and perform negotiations with them until the deal is closed
- Submit regular sales reports and updates

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Spot check, Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Associate Degree or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as sales equivalent in the same filed of business (ICT & ELV Security)
- Can communicate, speaking/writing in English
- Motivated to learn new skills and technologies.
