Position Summary

Locally Engaged Staff – LE6

Under limited direction, the Senior Program Manager, Public Health manages Australia’s development assistance in health to Cambodia. The role includes provision of policy advice and reporting, program management to ensure implementing partners meet key objectives, the maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, the facilitation of donor harmonisation activities, and the coordination of monitoring and evaluation activities, in accordance with DFAT policies and procedures.

This position is available immediately, and after an initial three-month probationary period, the successful candidate may be offered a 24-month contract, with the possibility of renewal and ultimately permanent employment.

A competitive salary package is offered, including participation in a performance management and bonus scheme. The basic monthly salary range for the position is USD2,603 to USD3,164.
