Senior HR Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on company
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Manage and supervise other staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Requirements:
  • Male or Female age 18 to 30
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
  • 1+ years of management experience in HR
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
 
 

Assistant Manager

Position Circumstances

  • Salary: $400 - $600
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
  • Hiring, training and developing new employees.
  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
  • Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
  • Ensuring product quality and availability.
  • Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
  • Working closely with the warehouse manager to lead staff.
  • Overseeing retail inventory.
  • Assisting customers whenever necessary.
  • Organizing employee schedule.
  • Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
  • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
  • Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.Maintaining warehouse to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
  • Completing tasks assigned by Managing Director accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting warehouse manager as needed.
Requirements:
  • Male only age 18 to 30
  • High school or equivalent education level.
  • Stable work history.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
  • Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management
