Senior HR Executive
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Manage and supervise other staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
- Male or Female age 18 to 30
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 1+ years of management experience in HR
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Hiring, training and developing new employees.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Ensuring product quality and availability.
- Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
- Working closely with the warehouse manager to lead staff.
- Overseeing retail inventory.
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Organizing employee schedule.
- Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
- Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.Maintaining warehouse to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Completing tasks assigned by Managing Director accurately and efficiently.
