Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact visual assets across our fund management, venture capital, and industrial development projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can transform complex concepts into compelling visual narratives, elevating brand identity, investor communications, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled in delivering polished, modern, and strategic visual storytelling.
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for investor decks, brand identity, marketing materials, social media, and event visuals.
- Oversee the visual branding strategy across all company assets, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate closely with PR, marketing, and investment teams to craft compelling graphics that communicate complex financial and industrial development narratives.
- Lead creative concept development for major corporate initiatives, including Corporate Branding, International Financial Center, and the Industrial Park projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with business objectives and deadlines.
- Stay ahead of design trends, applying best practices in typography, layout, and color theory to enhance brand positioning.
- Work with external agencies and freelancers when necessary, maintaining quality control and brand coherence.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for both digital and print formats, with a focus on usability, readability, and impact.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on brand identity, corporate design, and investor-facing materials.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
- Proven ability to translate complex business concepts into clean, professional, and engaging visuals.
- Experience working in B2B and B2C industries, with a keen eye for creating content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, corporate presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Compulsory Skills
- Experience in fund management, venture capital, real estate, or financial sector design.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and digital asset creation.
- Ability to art direct photoshoots and brand campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading design initiatives and working cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt to business needs with occasional extended hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, as required to meet project deadlines or business goals.
