Senior Grant Manager
will support systems to ensure efficient coordination of actions associated SMP’s strategic vision. Primary responsibilities will include reporting cycle, maintaining a system grants tracking, building budget with finance for the project and supporting technical staff in planning, implementing, monitoring, and sharing results program activities. The senior grant manager will maintain monthly timesheets identifying tasks worked on in that reporting period.
- Coordinate the SMP technical and financial teams the timely preparation periodic narrative financial reports for grants in compliance with donor requirements
- Maintain grant tracking database that includes following information: (i) original technical financial proposal; (ii) signed grant agreement with approved budget; (iii) timeframe and periodicity reporting; (iv) financial and technical reports; and (v) deliverables results modules, indicators
- Support institutionalization annual planning and reporting/ project management cycle, including strategic planning workshop
- Donor compliance: Ensure that key contributing staffs have clear understanding of donor requirements and expectations at the proposal, agreement, implementation, amendment, reporting, close out audit stage of grants. Ensure all donor requirements are met, including branding and marking of events, services, and products.
- Work closely with Grant and M&E officers, support finance team regarding specific grant audits.
- Follow and manage sub-contracts made through donor agreements.
- In collaboration executive with director, finance team and others to implement a system analyze and track grant budgets, funds available and disbursements.
- Support development annual budget and operational plan, providing technical advice to allocate donor costs strategically and efficiently. Ensure the maintenance the budget tracking system and management system for all grants that generates the following reports/information: (a) user friendly budget comparisons on a monthly or quarterly basis; (b) quarterly pipeline analysis budget expenditures against line item allocations; (c) annual budgets variance; and (d) financial reports in conformity with the grant requirements and compliance
- Support reporting SMP board an as needed basis.
- Support fundraising and profiling of SMP activity in drafting proposals making presentations on an as-needed basis.
- At least hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Microsoft computer skill, accounting program, preferable in Excel Advance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role relevant to the field in, finance/accounting
- Speaking and written proficiency in English and Khmer languages
- Strong Grant Management project experience report to donors
- Use to work with international donors
- Strong finance skills (use to work with different accounting system as Quickbook)

Compliance and Data Officer
The Compliance and Data officer will be responsible for supporting the compliance and data manager in data collection, data management, and third-party verification activities. The Compliance and Data officer will work closely with field staff, community officers (inspector) and village marketing network (VMN) inspector to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting.
Note: This is a full-time position and will require travel to provinces and remote areas.
The Compliance and Data officer will work closely with the Compliance and Data Manager and report to the line manager.
- Travel to province and target village to support field staff and VMN inspector in data collection and inspection provide technical support to community officers.
- Provide training and support to field staff, community officers and VMN inspector on data collection and inspection with follow up by sites.
- Assist in the development and updating of the Internal control System (ICS) manual, including new crops and compost.
- Ensure compliance with the ICS manual and standards required by third-party verification bodies during the verification process.
- Improve the ICS and data collection system by identifying and implementing best practices.
- Prepare monthly reports on compliance and data management activities.
- Other relevant activities as required by the line manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in field staff, community, or inspection work.
- Experience in data collection and management.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Passion for training and supporting field staff, community officers and VMN inspectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas.
