Senior Financial Manager

Position Summary

  • Salary already includes 400 USD house allowance and 100 USD air ticket allowance, no other allowance.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/DCEO and members of the executive management team
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Gender/Age: Both male and female are acceptable. 30-45 years old.
  • Nationality: ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) nationality is accepted.
  • Candidates from Malaysia are preferred.
  • Candidates from China, Thailand, Vietnam are also acceptable.
  • Language:
  • Mother tongue: Native Chinese speaker and needs to be fluent in Chinese speaking and writing.
  • Working language: Fluent in English as a working language.
  • Work Background: MUST have 8+ years’ professional working experience in General Insurance Industry(If you only have work experience in a life insurance company, it does not match).
  • Certificate: Bachelor degree above, financing and accounting background is preferred.
  • ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA fully qualified or other equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
 
 

Project Assistant

Position Summary

Position Level: Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Schedule management: communicate and coordinate with external agencies, book air tickets, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, cars, organize various business activities and entertainment activities
  • Meeting management: arrange meetings, record meeting minutes, translate business documents, prepare meeting-related documents (including forms, PPT, etc.)
  • Life Assistance: Assist boss to complete living arrangements, including arranging housekeepers to clean the room, arranging to send clothes to the ironing shop and other private life affairs
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Female, under 40 years old.
  • Good Appearance
  • Need to provide 2 personal life photos in the CV
  • Nationality: Cambodian
  • Working language: Professional in English, can do the translation of English professional documents, and can communicate with European and American institutions
  • Chinese can be used as a working language, fluent in listening, speaking, writing.
  • Certificate: Bachelor degree above, Graduate in English or administrative secretarial majors is preferred. English-speaking countries overseas study experience is preferred.
  • Work Background: 3+ years working experience as boss personal assistant or a translator or other assistant work.
  • With strong stability, willing to work in the company for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in Bank/Insurance/Logistics/Trading industries are preferred.
