Senior Administration
- General Administration
- Facilitates new purchase / replacement general office supplies and equipment, including payment process.
- Coordinates logistics items required for the firm’s daily operations, meetings & training sessions, etc.
- Liaises with the building landlord’s Operation team for any matters relating to office facilities services or regular maintenance / inspection activities.
- Serves as the central point of contact for the firm’s social media – Facebook and email Inquiries, to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Supports the firm’s events, CSR activities, travel arrangements / flight booking for staff attending training or/and business trip overseas.
- Assists the HR department with administrative tasks, including job posting, issuing Staff ID cards, updating health insurance information during staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Vendor Management & Compliance
- Manages the new vendors / partners onboarding process, including reviewing agreements, collecting necessary documentation, and obtaining necessary approvals, to ensure alignment with the firm’s terms and internal compliance.
- Conducts periodic reviews of existing vendors and facilitates renewal process of business relationship (“BR”) if necessary.
- Monitors compliance with regulations from relevant regulators, namely ACAR, KICPAA, NBC, SECC, etc.
- Supports other tasks/duties as assigned by BU Leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant field,
- At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant administrative role,
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills,
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Khmer,
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Senior Audit Associate
- Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Stay informed of general business/economic and regulatory developments and their impact to the client.
- Deliver exceptional client service by providing quality services; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders.
- Lead and/or participate in various quality and eminence building initiatives and activities.

- Coordinate with the client and team to ensure timely completion of audit and provide value added advice to client.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA qualification is a plus),
- 3-4 years of experience in public accounting, or in relevant field,
- Strong understanding of CIFRS and/or CIFRS for SMEs, and auditing standards,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Audit Associate

- Assist engagement team to perform a variety of tax work for a portfolio of diversified clients across different industries.
- Perform administrative duties such as working paper filling, etc.

- A senior student or fresh-graduate majoring in Accountancy, Finance or a relevant filed,
