Position Summary

Position: Secondary Math Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Period: January to April 2025

Report to: Head of Secondary

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Teach secondary math courses to students in accordance with the school's curriculum and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Teaching license or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience teaching secondary math in an international school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
