School Administration and HR Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage, guide, train, supervise, and assess the administration team.
- Create a functioning administrative framework that supports all school operations, programs, events.
- Ensure and maintain the effective use of the student management system of all users.
- Organize and manage vehicle leet and school bus service.
- Plan, budget and organize some events such as graduation, Khmer New Year, International New Year etc.
- Organize any purchases of equipment, stationery, ofice supplies, students’ supplies etc.
- Support the academic department in establishing effective communication to parents.
- Oversee completion of contractual agreements with electricity, petrol, real estate, water, security etc.
- Ensure good conditions of all buildings, facilities, installations and equipment
- Handle all HR and recruitment processes
- Ensure the effective implementation of the child protection policy in all HRM relevant areas.
- Maintain staff iles, updating the staff records to the director.
- Plan and arrange the work permit and NSSF procedures for all staff.
- Ensure the school has a full compliance adhering to Cambodian’s laws.
- Prepare and lead meetings with immigration, labor, and other inspection oficials.
- Establish and implement an effective ofice staff performance evaluation system
- Create and develop a school-wide yearly recruitment plan.
- Develop and update the HR manual and HR policies; ensure the effective implementation by all staff.
- Create and develop job descriptions.
- Assist in conducting and analyzing surveys addressed to all groups of stakeholders.
- Other duties assigned by the director
- At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related ields
- A minimum 3-year experience in a leadership position in English school administration/HR management.
- Experience working in English school is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law and regulations
- Highly proicient in both spoken and written English and Khmer
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and computer skills.
- Friendly, hardworking, lexible, proactive, committed, and self-motivated.
